New lower Lambda Value (Thermal Conductivity) 0.019 W/mK... The most thermally efficient commonly used insulating board.
Used for insulating cavity walls with a 10mm residual cavity up to 25m high.
The water–tight, vapour–open polypropylene fleece outer facing protects against moisture penetration.
Unaffected by air infiltration. Resists moisture penetration by allowing a clear cavity to be maintained.
Boards are designed to fit easily with standard brick and block dimensions.

Available in most popular thicknesses from the manufacturer; short lead-times apply as we may need to get the products in from Kingspan before delivering to site.
This Kooltherm Range includes the following readily available product thickness: 90mm.
The following thickness is manufactured to order and may have minimum order requirements: 115mm.

Kingspans premium performance 'lower-lambda' value phenolic foam board, Kooltherm K106, is suitable for use in cavity wall applications with a 10mm residual cavity to the outer leaf, for walls up to 25m.
Product Make-up
Core
Kingspan Kooltherm K106 cavity board is a premium performance rigid thermoset fibre–free phenolic insulant manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP).
Facings
Faced with a water-tight, vapour-open polypropylene fleece on the outer facing, while the inner face is a low emissivity composite foil, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.
