Premium performance rigid thermoset fibre-free phenolic insulant manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP).
Unaffected by air infiltration. Resistant to the passage of water vapour.
Thicknesses and Availability:
Available in most popular thicknesses from the manufacturer; short lead-times may apply as we may need to get stock in before delivering to site.
This Kooltherm Range includes the following readily available product thickness: 25mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 75mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm and 140mm.
The folllowing thicknesses are manufactured to order: 90mm, 110mm, 130mm and 150mm; these may carry minimum order levels.

Kingspans premium performance 'lower-lambda' value phenolic foam board, Kooltherm K107, is suitable for use in above, between or below rafter level applications as well as dwarf walls and loft floors.
Kingspan Kooltherm K107 Pitched Roof Board is a premium performance fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic insulant manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP)
Faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture. This reflective, low emissivity surface improves the thermal resistance of any unventilated cavity adjacent to the board

While Kingspan keep the majority of the popular thicknesses in stock, less popular thicknesses may carry a minimum order level.
