Premium performance rigid thermoset fibre-free phenolic insulant manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP).

Unaffected by air infiltration. Resists moisture penetration by allowing a clear cavity to be maintained.

Thicknesses and Availability:

The following thicknesses are manufactured to order and may have minimum order requirements: 71mm, 76mm, 81mm, 86mm, 91mm, 96mm, 106mm, 116mm and 126mm.

Kingspans premium performance ‘lower-lambda’ value phenolic foam insulation board, Kooltherm K110 Plus, is suitable for semi-exposed concrete floor decks in new and existing car parks, storage areas, loading bays and similar areas beneath habitable domestic buildings.

Core

The core of Kingspan Kooltherm K110 Plus Soffit Board is a premium performance fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic insulant manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP).

Facings

Faced with a 6 mm A1 Euroclass building board on the outer facing while the inner face is a glass tissue based facing, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.
