Kingspan Thermaroof TR24
High performance rigid Polyisocyanurate (PIR) flat roof insulation board
Can be used on flat roofs with partially bonded torch applied multi-layer bituminous waterproofing.
Compatible with majority of torch applied waterproofing systems.
Fibre–free core; manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero ODP and low GWP.
Ideal for new build and refurbishment.
Resistant to the passage of water vapour.
Thicknesses and Availability:
Available in most popular thicknesses from the manufacturer; short lead-times may apply as we may need to get stock in before delivering to site.
This Thermaroof Range includes the following readily available product thicknesses: 120mm and 130mm.
The folllowing thicknesses are manufactured to order: 30mm, 50mm, 80mm, 100mm, 140mm and 150mm; these may carry minimum order levels.
General information about Kingspan Thermaroof TR24
Flat roof insulating board
Kingspans high performance polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam board, Thermaroof TR24, is suitable for use in flat roofs waterproofed with most torch on applied waterproofing applications.
The core of Kingspan Thermaroof TR24 is manufactured with Nilflam technology, a high performance fibre–free rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulant manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP)
Faced with bitumen coated glass tissue finished with a thermofusible polypropylene fleece on the upper facing while the lower face is a mineralised glass tissue, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture
|Thermal Conductivity||0.027 W/m·K (insulant thickness < 80 mm)
0.025 W/m·K (insulant thickness 80 – 119 mm)
0.024 W/m·K (insulant thickness ≥ 120 mm) W/m·K
|Compressive Strength||150 kPa at 10% compression||BS EN 826: 2013|
