General Information

The majority of the products sold on our site are, where possible, sent from local depots nationwide. We do, however, supply certain brands direct from manufacturers/fabricators or from specific depots which may only deliver to limited areas. Where products are shipped from multiple sources, please see the below information regarding minimum order levels and delivery charges.

Placing Orders

We have tried to make our website as user friendly as possible, to enable you to place orders via the website as easily as possible.

Our website is secure. Payment processing is dealt with securely via our payment gateway – more secure for you as you do not need to hand your card details over the phone.

By ordering online, limited neccesary information is stored by us.

If you are unable to place your order via our website, we may accept your order over the phone and process payment manually.

  • We do not accept Credit or Debit Card payments over the telephone.
  • In such cases, customers are requested to pay by Bank Transfer.
  • Payments by Bank Transfer require clearance prior to order processing and the delivery of goods.

Minimum Order Levels & Delivery Charges

As products are sourced and deliverd from multiple suppliers and manufacturers, minimum order requirements and delivery charges will depend and be affected by what is ordered. In some cases, multiple delivery charges will apply, which will be outlined at checkout.

Local Depot Delivery

Most products are delivered to site from local depots, nationwide, with a few exception (see below), that are sent out from specific depots or direct from the manufacturer.

Items delivered from local depots are subject to a minimum order level to deliver goods and tiered delivery charge thersholds.

  • England & Wales (excluding Islands)
    • Minimum order level of £175.00 + VAT
    • Order size between £175.00 and £300.00 + VAT incur a £50.00 + VAT carriage charge
    • Orders that exceed £300.00 + VAT do not generally incur additional delivery charges
  • Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands)
    • Minimum order level of £175.00 + VAT
    • Order size between £175.00 and £300.00 + VAT incur a £50.00 + VAT carriage charge
    • Orders size between £300.00 – £825.00 + VAT incur a £25.00 + VAT carriage charge
    • Orders that exceed £825.00 + VAT do not generally incur additional delivery charges
iTP Membranes

iTP products are shipped by courier direct to site from the manufacturer on a 1-3 day service.

  • No minimum order level
  • Orders less than £400.00 + VAT incur a £30.00 + VAT carriage charge
  • Orders that exceed £400.00 + VAT incur a £20.00 + VAT carriage charge
Thermaflece Insulation & Membranes

Thermafleece products are shipped by courier direct to site from the manufacturer. When ordering Thermafleece insulation, the manufacturer charges £70.00 + VAT per pallet, while Thermafleece membrane delivery charges are calculated on a per roll basis.

Unilin Insulation

Unilin products are delivered from a depot that only delivers within the M25.

  • Only available for delivery within the M25
  • Minimum order level of £175.00 + VAT
  • Order size between £175.00 and £450.00 + VAT incur a £30.00 + VAT carriage charge
  • Orders that exceed £450.00 + VAT do not generally incur additional delivery charges
Wraptite Tape

Wraptite Tape is shipped by Fedex direct to site on a 1-3 day service at a cost of £20.00 + VAT per box, which can hold up to 12 rolls.

  • No minimum order level
  • 1 – 12 x rolls = £20.00 + VAT
  • 13 – 24 x rolls = £40.00 + VAT
  • 25 – 36 x rolls = £60.00 + VAT
  • and so on.

Order Deliveries

Deliveries are generally made using 26 or 28 ton curtain sided rigid lorries; please ensure there is adequate access. As a rough guide, if a double decker bus can get to the property our vehicles should be able to as well.

In some cases, we may be able to deliver on smaller lorries, if your local depot has access to one. If a smaller lorry is required and the local depot does not have access to one, we can organise a 3rd party service to collect and deliver the goods to site, however, additional charges will apply.

Our deliveries are made on the basis of a curb-side delivery.

While we will confirm a delivery date, we are not able to provide delivery times.

Our deliveries will require a signature and thus, we are unable to deliver to un-manned sites.


Order Returns

We abide by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, and accept that our Customers have a seven-day ‘cooling off’ period from the day they receive their goods, in which time they may notify us that they wish to cancel their contract with us and request a refund be given, including delivery charges if applicable.

Where a Customer wants to return goods, they must be returned at the Customer’s expense to the Delivering Depot within seven (7) days from receipt of Goods. Due to the large size, weight and fragility of the products we sell, these goods are not sold on a Sale-or-Return basis. Therefore, the organisation of, and payment for, collection and return delivery of unwanted goods will be born by the Customer, along with applicable restocking fees, for which a charge of up to forty percent of the purchase price, or £50.00, whichever is greater, will be charged.

Returned goods must be received in their original packaging, undamaged and in an ‘as new’ condition to allow their resale. Where goods were sold in packs, only the return of the entire pack, unopened and in its original condition, will be accepted.

In some cases, where products are sourced from the manufacturer for delivery to site, returns may not be possible.

Where goods are made to order specifically for you, unless the goods are faulty, returns will not be possible.

Refunds will be processed following successful receipt and inspection. Should the returned goods be deemed by our staff, or their agents, to be in a condition that is unsuitable for resale, we will not provide a refund, and the customer will be responsible for the collection or disposal of such goods as well as the costs incurred in their return.
