Unaffected by air infiltration. Resistant to the passage of water vapour.

Ideal for new build and refurbishment. Easy to handle and quick to install.

Thicknesses and Availability:

Available in most popular thicknesses from the manufacturer; short lead-times apply as we may need to get the products in from Kingspan before delivering to site.

This Kooltherm Range includes the following readily available product thicknesses: 70mm, 75mm and 85mm.

The following thicknesses are manufactured to order and may have minimum order requirements: 65mm, 90mm, 100mm, 110mm and 120mm.

Limited stock of the most popular boards sizes may be held at some of our larger depots, and thus, available on shorter lead times than the availability rating suggests.

Structural ceiling (soffit) insulating board

Kingspans premium performance lower-lambda value phenolic foam insulation board, Kooltherm K110, is suitable for semi-exposed concrete floor decks in new and existing car parks, storage areas, loading bays and similar areas beneath habitable domestic buildings.

Product Make-up

Core: The core of Kingspan Kooltherm K110 Soffit Board is a premium performance fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic insulant.

Facings: Faced with a low emissivity composite foil on the outer facing while the inner face is a glass tissue based facing, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.
