Kingspan Kooltherm K118 is sent out from depots nationwide and is subject to the Local Depot Delivery minimum order levels and delivery charge thresholds.
Limited stock of the most popular boards sizes may be held at some of our larger depots, and thus, available on shorter lead times than the availability rating suggests.
While the items are priced per pallet, in some cases we can split the pallets and supply individual boards … please contact me to discuss your requirements so I can check with the relevant depot about options of splitting the pallet.

Dry-lining thermal laminate board
Kingspans premium performance lower-lambda value phenolic foam board bonded to 12.5mm plasterboard, Kooltherm K118, is suitable for use in wall applications where it is mechanically fixed to timber frames or steel wall linings as well as adhesive bonded (dot and dab) to brick, block, or concrete walls.
Product Make-up
Core: The core of Kingspan Kooltherm K118 Insulated Plasterboard is a premium performance fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic insulant.
Facings: Faced with a 12.5mm tapered edge gypsum based plasterboard on the front facing while the hidden face is a perforated low emissivity composite foil, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.
