High performance rigid Polyisocyanurate (PIR) flat roof insulation board

Can be used on flat roofs with fully adhered single-ply, partially bonded built-up felt, mastic asphalt, and cold liquid waterproofing.

Fully compatible with single–ply non–bituminous membranes that are fully bonded with solvent based adhesive systems.

Fully compatible with most bitumen based and mastic asphalt waterproofing systems.

Compatible with most green roof systems.

Ideal for new build and refurbishment.

Resistant to the passage of water vapour.

Thicknesses and Availability:

Available in most popular thicknesses from the manufacturer; short lead-times apply as we may need to get the products in from Kingspan before delivering to site.

This Thermaroof Range includes the following readily available product thicknesses: 25mm, 50mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 130mm, 140mm and 150mm.

The following thicknesses are manufactured to order: 70mm, 75mm, 90mm, 110mm and 160mm; these may carry minimum order levels.

Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 is sent out from depots nationwide and is subject to the Local Depot Delivery minimum order levels and delivery charge thresholds.

Limited stock of the most popular boards sizes may be held at some of our larger depots, and thus, available on shorter lead times than the availability rating suggests.

Flat roof insulating board

Kingspans high performance polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam board, Thermaroof TR27, is suitable for use in flat roofs waterproofed with fully adhered single-ply membranes, partially bonded built-up felt, mastic asphalt and cold liquid applied waterproofing applications.

Product Make-up

Core: Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 is manufactured with Nilflam technology, a high performance fibre–free rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulant.

Facings: Faced on both sides with a coated glass tissue, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.
