Available in most popular thicknesses from the manufacturer; short lead-times apply as we may need to get the products in from Kingspan before delivering to site.
This Thermawall Range includes the following readily available product thicknesses: 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 75mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 120mm, 125mm, 140mm and 150mm.
The following thicknesses are manufactured to order: 105mm, 110mm, 115mm, 130mm and 165mm; these may carry minimum order levels.

Kingspan Thermawall TW55 is sent out from depots nationwide and is subject to the Local Depot Delivery minimum order levels and delivery charge thresholds.
Limited stock of the most popular boards sizes may be held at some of our larger depots, and thus, available on shorter lead times than the availability rating suggests.

Wall framing insulating board
Kingspans high performance polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam board, Thermawall TW55, is suitable for use in timber and metal framing systems.
Core: Kingspan Thermawall TW55 is manufactured with Nilflam technology, a high performance fibre–free rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulant.
Facings: Faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil, autohesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.
