Product Application
Drylining insulated plasterboard
Warmline XPS laminate is suitable for drylining internal surfaces where a basic to medium level of additional thermal insulation is required.
Product Make-up
Core
Warmline XPS Laminates are fabricated by bonding a sheet of XPS insulation, a close-celled extruded polystyrene board made from melting plastic resins that are then extruded through a die and expand during the cooling process, to tapered egde plasterboard.
Facings
Faced with a 9.5mm tapered edge gypsum based plasterboard on the front face while the hidden face is plain XPS.
